Evidence/Digestive System

Evidence/Digestive System
Hi guys and welcome back to my blog. today I will be showing you some of the evidence that I have learnt about the digestive system. I really enjoyed learning about the digestive system because then I get to write about what I have learnt and really like writing about facts and evidence. I really hope that you like what I have learnt and writen but first I'm going to tell you a little about what it is that I am showing you.
This is the writing off the writing doc ( Document ). These are the facts and evidence for our debate. W.A.L.T collect eveidence for our debate. As you can see in my writing I am in the digestive system and I am going to be debating about the digestive system to the other team. I really hope that you learn something from the facts and evidence that I have put in.

Did you know that your small intestine’s job is to use the juice’s from the liver and pancreas to continue breaking the food down. I have told you this fact because I am in the digestive system. I think that the most critical body system is the Digestive system.

Firstly, I think that the digestive system is the most critical system because it kills bad bacteria in the stomach. The stomachs job is to kill the bad bacteria in your body so that you don’t get sick.Your stomach’s job is to kill the bad bacteria out of the food that you ate so that you don’t get sick.  Sometimes if the bad bacteria doesn't get killed it can move around in the bodt and damage some of the most important organs.

How the stomach kills the bacteria. The bacteria is killed by the acid that the stomach make's to get the nutreints and energy out. The acid make's the food into a liquid that kills the bad bacteria.

Secondly, your body can’t survive without food because then you wouldn’t be able to get the energy and nutreints that you need for your body to be able to move. You also need the energy and nutreints for other organs in your body so that they can work properly and do their job. All of your organs need the nutreints and energy to do their job properly like your lungs. If you didn't have the nutreints and energy that your lungs need, the wouldn't be able to do what they do which is breath in and out and you might faint bceuase your body just doesn't have enough energy to the last the day and to keep you awake.

The digestive system is the most valued system to me because without it you would not be able to get the nutreints and energy out of the food you eat. Also because your organs and cells need the energy and nutreints to work together.

Questions : Is this a good enough aguement for the debate?
Are these facts approriate for the debate?
Do you have any more facts or better facts about the digestive system?
Have you learnt bout the digestive system before or another system about the body?

I hope that you have enjoyed learning about the digestive system and what the purpose was about writing it. Please comment and give feedbck on how I went with this blog post.

I NEED YOUR FEEDBACK

 I NEED YOUR FEEDBACK
Hi guys and welcome back to my blog. Today I will be showing you only a little bit of work. It won't be lots but it will be something for you to give feedback on. We have been learning a little about debating and how it works. This debate is about the body system. The debats that I am doing is about the digestive system and why I think that it is the most critical ( Important ) body system.
I made this blog post to get more comments and feedback on how my work should look like from you guys.
Here is the introduction that I have. I will have facts at the bottom of the post.

I think that the most critical body system is the Digestive system

These are some facts about the digestive system.

Why : Your digestive system give’s your body nutreints and energy that you get out of your food.
Your body can’t survive without food because then you wouldn’t be able to get the energy and nutreints that you need for your body to be able to move around.

These are the facts that I think that you might not know about the digestive system

Did you know that your small intestine is 6.7m in your stomach.
Did you know that you have 10 parts to your digestive system.
Did you know that all of your Digestive system parts are all squished together to fit into your body.

These were all of the fact's that I thought you wouldn't have already known.

Please give feedback and comments on how I went on with this blogpost.

Math's DLO

Math's DLO
Hi guy's and welome back to my blog. Today I will be teacing you in a video how I worked out two questions with my freind Risha. When we started doing this it was a bit challenging for me because I didn't know about percentage's and how to work them out with fractions then. I now know them and have made a confident DLO with Risha. I hope that you enjoy watching this video and learn something. Also check my freind Risha's blog because she has got the video to.
Here it is.

I hope that you have enjoyed learning from this blog post. Please give feedback and comments so I can reply back to you and give you a Helpful, Thoughtful and Positive comment.

Muscular system

Muscular system
Hi guys and welcome back to my blog. Today I will be teaching you a little bit about the Muscular system. I have really enjoyed learning about the Muscular system and hope you do to. I have learnt lots about the Muscular system and hope that you can to. These are all facts.

Smallest to biggest
Your biggest muscle is your Gluteus Maximus ( Bottom ). Your smallest muscle is in your ear
( Stapedius ) like your smallest bone is in your ear.  You use your Gluteus maximus the most in a day than any other muscle. What did you think your biggest muscle was?

Did you know?
Did you know that when you smile, you use 15 muscles, When you frown you use 40 muscles and when you walk, you use 200 muscles which is a lot of muscles you use.

How to build strong muscles?
To build strong and healthy muscles you need to eat lots and lots of healthy food and water. You also need to exercise to help your body stay fit. Protein helps you build stronger and healthy muscles. You can get Protein out of food like Eggs, Meat, Fish and Cheese. There is also protein in Nuts and in Soya beans.

How do Muscles work
Your muscles pull your bones to help you move around. You have two parts to your muscles. You have your Biceps which are your top muscles and then you have your Triceps which are your bottom muscles. These muscles are in your arm. When your Biceps relax your Triceps contract. It will pull your arm down to relax it.

This is what your muscles look like

I really hope that you have learnt something from this blog post. Please comment and give feedback on how I went with this blog post.

Nervous system

Nervous system
Hi guys and welcome back to my blog. Today I wil be teaching you a little  bit about the nervouse system and how it works around the body. I think that this one is mostly the hardest but will hope that you learn something. Here is the information that I know about the nervous system.

You have 2 parts to the nervous system. One of them is called your Motor nerve and the other is called the Sensory nerve's. Your sensory nerve's send message's to the brain whch tells the body, you have touched this, it is safe or you have eaten this, this food is yum. The other nerve called the Motor nerve gets message's from the brain. It goes down the Nerve that it is suppose to go to and tells what ever it need's to tell what it has to do or what you've done like eat or touch something.

Experiment time
You can do an experiment with your hand and a pin. This is how you do it.
You get a pin or anything small but sharp and poke it around your hand. You will notice that there is a part that doesn't hert. That mean's that you have no nerve there and what ever you do it doesn't react to it.

This is what your nevous system look's like in your body.

I do really hope that you have enjoyed learning about this and how it works. Pease comment down below and give feedback do that I can get some more points for learning.

Blood

Blood
HI guys and welcome back to my blog. Today I will be teaching you about blood cells and how they work around the body. I really hope that you enjoy and learn something about blood cells. Here is all of the information that I know about blood cells.

I know that you have lots of blood cells in your body and you do is well but did you know that your blood cells are actully made from your bones. In your bones you have something called bone marrow. Your bone Marrow is the thing that make's your blood cells. You blood cells don't just appear out of nowhere in your body. When I learnt this in class I was really surprized about it. I always thought that your bone was just a chunk of something but I was wrong.

Your blood carry's oxygen around the body. Your blood collects the oxygen from your lungs. This system is called your Cirulatory system. This is how your Cirulatory system works. It works using your blood, Your heart and your lungs. Your blood comes into your lungs and collects oxygen. Then your blood flows around the body sending oxygen around it so that your body can stay nice, healthy and fit. Also for your organs to stay healthy.

With your organs, you have one that carry's spair blood. That organ that carry's that blood is called your splein. Your splein is very important for your body because your body need's blood to stay healthy. If you damage your spleain or cut it open, all of that extra blood will be lost and if you loose lot's of blood your splein won't be able to support and more extra blood, if it's CUT not really damaged but it can still.
This is what your blood cells look like up close.

I hope that you enjoyed learning about the blood and how it works around the body. please comment and give feedback so that I can get more points.

Digestive system

Digestive system
Hi guys and welcome back to my blog. Today I will be teaching you about the digestive system. With the digestive system and learning about it I have really injoyed it and all the other learning about the body. I really hope that you learn something from this blog post. Here is the learning that I have learnt.

The digestive system
In your digestive system, you have 10 parts to it. Your digestive system parts are called the Rectum, Small intestine, Large intestine, Stomach, Esophagus, Salivary glands, Pharynx, Liver, Gallbladder and your Pancreas.

All of your digestive system organs are all squished into your body so that it fit's. If all of your organs were not squished into your body, you would look really funny. I hope that you enjoy this blog post.
Here are all of the facts that I know about some of the digestive system parts.

Here are the things that I know about the Esophagus. In your Esophagus you have Muscle's. Those muscle's help break down the food even more so that it can just slide down your throat ready to splosh into your stomach. Your mucle's also get nutreint's out of the food so that your body stay's healthy.

Here are the things that I know about the stomach.  Your stomach tube is conected to your Esophagus so that when you swallow the food can just slide right down to your stomach. In your stomach you have stomach acid. That stomach acid break's down your food into a liquid. The acid in your stomach doesn't affect your body in any way.

Here are the things that I know about the Small intestine. Your small intestine is 6.7 m in length. Your small intestine is one of the biggest organs in your body. I am really amazed of how long your small intestine is. You also have your big intestine that wraps around your small intestine so that when all of the things that need to be done in you small intestine can then move onto your big intestine.

Experiment time
At the end we did a little experiment. The stuff that you need for it is
  1. Snap lock bag
  2. Peice of bread
  3. Vinegar
  4. Water
  5. Baking soda
How to make it
  1. Tear the bread into little peice's
  2. Add in your water and squish it
  3. Add in your baking soda and squish it
  4. Add in your vinegar and squish the reat until it forms into a liquid
  5. Once you are finished you need to put it in you rubbish bin but wask the bay out first
Your bread doesn't need to form into a liquid form.

I really hope that you learnt something from the digestive system. Please comment and give feed back so I can get points. Thank you.

The lungs

The lungs
Hi guys and welcome back to my blog. Today I will be teaching you a little bit about the lungs in your body. For this term we have been learning about the lungs and in this post I will be talking about the lungs and how they work. I hope that you learn something from this blog post

In your body you have 2 lungs. They are protected by your rib cage. Your lungs breathe in O2 which is oxygen and then breathe's out CO2 which is carbon dioxide. We did an experiment about the lungs. Our Teacher Mrs Mclachlan showed us how the lungs would work in your body. These are the steps into making this experiment.
Experiment time
  1. First you need to cut a bottle in half
  2. Next you need to get some ballons and some straws
  3. You then need to tape the ballon to the straw
  4. Then you need to put the ballons into the half cut bottle
  5. The last thing you need to do is cut a ballon in half and stick it on the bottom of your bottle so that it fits around the bottom of the bottle
  6. Once you are finished you can blow threw the straws and watch how the lungs work
Your lungs help you breathe in and out. At the bottom of your lungs you have somthing called a diaphram. When you breathe in your diaphram moves so that your lungs can expand and then when you breathe back in your diaphram goes back into the correct place that it was in before.

Inside your lungs there are these stems. The stems are the things that blow your oxgen into your lungs. You have over 600 of them and if you didn't have them you would die. They are part of your bronchial tube. On the ends of them you have little dots that are called Alveoli.
This is what the inside of your lungs look like.

I hope that you enjoyed learning a little about the lungs. Please comment so I can get points.

Turtle drawing

Turtle drawing
Hi guys and welcome back to my blog. Today I will be showing and teaching you how to draw a turle. We had toi draw it step by step. We were trying to draw it off from google. All of us managed to do it. For me I think that it was really hard because once I had made all of the circle's I couldn't fit the head on so I just had to make do with what I had.

I made a 6 step turtle. I tryed my best into it. I really injoyed doing this at some stages. The hard part was doing everthing step by step. I really hope that you enjoy it. Here are the steps into making it. If you don't understand it, here is what you type up. Step by step drawing for kids.

  1. First you need to get a peice of paper
  2. Next you need to fold it in half like your making a plane and gently push down the middle
  3. Next you to do it the other way and push it down
  4. After you done both of them you need to fold from the edge's into the middle on both side's so that when you open it up you have 8 rectangle's
  5. After you have completed all of those steps you can get a ruler and pencil and rule all of the lines that you have made
  6. Then you can draw whatever you like on it step by step and the you can show other people your learning
Here is the drawing that I made. This one is not the step by step one. It is the drawing that I made big and coloured it in. I used crayon so it will look a little bit wonky. I did try my best in crayon and also my hand did start to hurt.

I hope that you will make one of these and put it on your own blog if you have one. Please comment and give feedback on how I went with this. Thank you.

The Human body

The Human body
This term we have been learning about the 'Human body'. We have learned 7 systems with two different teachers. We have learned all together about the, Endocrine system, the Circulatory system and the Skeletal system in the first group. In the second group we learnt about the Digestive system, the Nervous system, the Muscular system and the Respirtory system.

The most important thing in the Endocrine system is that it has 6 organs and that it is part of your brain so you have to be careful. The next system is your Circulaory system and it is important because your blood is invovled in it. Your blood goes around your body and comes into your lungs to collect O2. The next system is your Skeletal system and it is important because it makes your red blood cells and if you didn't have your red blood cells well then you would die. These are the things that we learnt with Miss D.

The most important thing in your digestive system is that you need the nutreints from the food that you eat. The next system is your Nervous system and it is important because it sends and recieve's messages from the brain. The next system is your Muscular system and it is important because it helps you move your bones and helps the rest of your body move. The last important system is your Respirtory system. Your Respirtory system helps you breathe in O2 Oxygen and helps you breathe out Carbon dioxide which is CO2. These are the things that we learnt with Mrs Mclachlan.

Heres a little bit about the table that I have been doing. The table that I have benn doing is in the 3rd paragraph. It tells you about Organs, Muscles and Nerves.
Here it is

I really hope that you have learnt something in this drawing. I hope that you give comments and Feedback on my facts that I have on this blog.

Shoe suspects

Shoe suspects
W.A.L.T summerise and retell the main ideas and important information from what I have read in my own words.

Hi guys and welcome back to my blog. Today I wish that I could show you some shoes from our shoe suspects but I can't because I can't find the pictures for it. Here are some facts that I have learnt about DNA shoe suspects.
  1. With shoes you can find foot prints at a crime scene.
  2. You can also see what shoes they come from and what brand.
  3. The scientists research a lot about DNA and crime scenes.
  4. They spend lots and lots of time on it just to make sure that they havn't missed anything or made a mistake on it.
  5. Police can also find some evidence at a crime scene if their were any cameras around to check where a car come or what a persone looked like or whta the number plate number is.
  6. Police can suspect any suspects for who they know or might know who it could have been.

I hope that you have enjoyed reading this blog post. So sorry for no pictures. I hope that you can comment and give some feedback on what I could or can improve on.This was meant to be published last term.

My character writing

My fantasy character writing
Hi guys and welcome back to blog. Today I will be showing you the writing that I have been doing. It is about a character that is made up. It is not real. I have made 3 parts to it in paragraghs. At the end of it I have got a conclusion at the end of what I think of it and some more other stuff.
Here it is

My fantasy creature is a colored living being that is in different colored landscapes called pagani. It lives in forests colored in their own personal color.

My fantasy creature has hair like humans, lips, nose, eyes, ears, eyebrows, eyelashes. It has scales on its cheek bones which helps it to sense danger nearby. The hair on my fantasy creature is straight and curly for the girls and for the boys hair it would be spiky in one way.

My fantasy being has the some exact limbs as a normal human does. My fantasy being has some extra limbs on its body. It has four arms, two legs, one face and two feet. The color of my being is Green, Blue, Orange and Yellow. It can blend in with the part of the world that they live in.

My fantasy being lives on an extraordinary planet named pagani. It’s trees are two times larger than earth’s trees. The tree’s are the same color on the side that they are on. The leaves that are on the trees can sing in their own language with waterfalls that crash as the water hits the rocks below. The rocks when they get hit by the water they will change colors.

Con: Over all my fantasy being lives on a tropical forest land that is a great place for my character to blend in with stuff named pagani. If this was a real world it would be spectacular but it isn’t. If this was would you like to research it Would you like to be on this world right now or visit it?

Hope you give some feedback and comments.

Body systems

Body systems
This term we have been looking at body systems. Today in this blog post I will be shring you some of the facts about the Endocrine system, the cirulatory system and the skeletal system. I have put in 4 facts in each one execpt for the skeletal system one. In the skeletal system one I have put in 5. I really enjoyed doing this task. I hope that you enjoy it and that you can see it clearly.

Venn diagram

Venn diagram
Hi guys and welcome back to my blog. Today I will be sharing my learning about a venn diagram that I have made. It is about three stories that are different and the same. I have put a lot on my venn diagram which I am proud of because I have put in lots of effort into it. I hope that you enjoy reading it if you can because the words are small to fit in everything that I knew of.

Here it is

It is really blurry so here's the link to it.Venn diagram
