High jump tips

Visualize yourself running up and jumping over the bar.

Get onto the side that's comfortable for you

Work on technique

Make sure your foot is in the right place

A key place is to land is your upper shoulder, back, or bum

Hold vertical axis as long as you can

Don't jump into the bar, almost angle away from the bar

Look above the bar
